LG will prepare an ECO Friendly Zone at the upcoming Mobile World Cogress. This event also be the first show of an LG eco friendly prototype mobile phone that comes with built in solar panel and made from recycle plastic or bio plastic. It takes 10 minutes of charging to make a 3 minutes of phone call. Wow.

Yes! This is what we need and with more and more efficient photovoltaic cells we will be able to charge our phones fully within minutes. Especially since the phones are already angled upwards whilst being held by your head.
If this starts being implimented on a grand scale maybe more and more companies will start to see that PV cells are good things.
Plus, they double as a mirror for the vain.

nice to hear this from you. Kudos for LG which introduced a mobile phone with solar charging panel. In the era of Global Warming though these kind of things only contribute very little but they are the initiators for others and surely other mobile phone manufacturers will come out with their green solutions.
